To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Once you have started making your kit we are unable to accept it as a return unless it is faulty. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend that you use a tracked or recorded service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
